The tuition is one figure, and you are reading it before anyone asks you for a phone number. There is a flat $105 annual registration fee alongside it, and nothing else hidden anywhere. What follows is every way a family can pay, what happens if you join partway through the year, and what to do if the number is the obstacle.
A flat $105 per school year, charged once at enrolment in addition to tuition. It is the same whichever plan you choose and whenever a student joins — like the diagnostic and set-up, it does not pro-rate.
Every line above is included at this price. Personalization is not an upgrade, and there is no version of our attention that costs more.
How families pay
The tuition does not change with the method. What changes is the rhythm, and how much of your money reaches the classroom rather than a processor.
Paid by bank transfer (ACH). This is our preferred route and the one that costs least to process — on a $3,600 payment the fee is a few dollars rather than a hundred. Nothing about the teaching changes; more of the money simply stays in the clinic.
Two payments, one for each half of the school year. Exact due dates are set out in the agreement rather than left to interpretation.
Four payments across the year, roughly one a term — a middle rhythm between paying twice and paying monthly.
The default, and what most families choose. Ten automatic monthly payments aligned to the ten months of service, so you are never paying far ahead of the teaching you have received.
Smaller, more frequent payments — twenty of $180, one every two weeks across the school year. Exact due dates are set out in the agreement rather than left to interpretation.
Eligible adults may be offered financing through an independent third-party provider. Available terms, interest, any down payment, and approval are determined solely by that provider. Paschal Math Clinic is not the lender. Financing is optional, and it does not change the educational service a student receives.
Some families reach us through an employer's dependent-education benefit, a scholarship, or a state education-funding programme. Availability depends on the programme and on where you live, so ask at the consultation and we will tell you honestly whether we can be paid that way.
Say so before you decide against enrolling. We would rather have an awkward conversation about money than lose a student who needed the help. We cannot promise a particular arrangement, but we can almost always talk about timing, rhythm, and start date.
Mid-year enrolment
Tuition covers a ten-month school year. A student starting in January has not found a cheaper version of the service — they have bought fewer months of it. It is $360 for each month remaining, and the monthly rate never changes.
A February start comes to $1,800 — five months at the monthly rate. Every route through the year is priced from the same monthly figure.
Students normally begin in September, December or March. A small group works because it is stable — a student joining in the seventh week of a term arrives midway through a sequence the group has been building together, which serves nobody well.
If your circumstances genuinely will not wait, say so. We can start a student between intakes, and the tuition is worked out the same way: $360 for each month remaining, counted from the first full month of attendance. Any part-month at the start is included at no charge.
Every student begins with a diagnostic, a placement decision, and a chart built for them. That work happens once, whenever they join, and it does not pro-rate. Below about three months there is not enough runway left for it to pay off.
For that reason April is the enrolment cutoff — the last month a student can start the school year. A family enquiring in May or June is welcome to begin in September, and we would usually rather hold a place than sell eight weeks that cannot do the job.
Three things we don’t do
There is no bronze, silver or gold, and no version of personal attention that costs extra. The learning chart, the school alignment, the practice, the reporting and the between-session support are the service — not add-ons priced separately once you are committed.
The tuition is $3,600 whichever route you choose. We do not add a fee for using a card, and we do not disguise a financing cost as an administrative charge. If a payment method costs us more to accept, that is our concern to manage, not a surcharge to pass to you.
Checkout is handled by the payment provider and belongs to the parent. They receive what is needed to take a payment and nothing else — never your child’s schoolwork, diagnostic results, tutor notes, learning profile, or anything from a session.
